We want you to love your CALPAK products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unused items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
